While all care is taken to ensure you receive the most professional treatment possible, any treatment issues must be taken up with the individual therapist from whom you received your services. Reflect Agnes Water Mobile Spa is purely a virtual booking agent. If you have any requests or concerns, please contact us.

Respectful professional Massage services

We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate comments or behaviour towards treatment providers, this includes inappropriate requests, nudity and disrobing/undressing. All clients must wear underwear for their treatment. Providers may cease treatment immediately if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Full payments must still be made and there will be no refunds issued.
Providers will maintain modest draping throughout the treatment, including getting on and off the treatment table.
