Suggested amount- If you are new to ceremonial grade cacao start with a smaller portion and increase as needed.
Daily portion: 10-15g 
Creative/ meditative portion: 20-30g
Ceremonial portion: 40-45g

How to use: Weigh the desired amount of cacao and place it in a pot. Add 200ml of milk of your choice (or water for a more traditional method). Add any desired add-ins such as cinnamon, cardamom, chilli powder, salt, honey, maple syrup etc. Simmer until cacao is fully incorporated, about 10 minutes. You may choose to froth the milk at this point to minimise any chance of separation but this is not necessary.

Recommended to try: Add Pure Reflections Dried Blue Lotus Flowers to the pot with your add-ins and simmer for 10 minutes then remove.
